Francisco “Chaleco” López achieved an amazing victory on the first stage of the Pharaons Rally.

The great Chilean rider, Francisco “Chaleco” López will participate on the next Pharaons Rally on an Aprilia RXV Africa of Giofil Team.

An enthusiastic crowd at the finish line of the 2008 Pharaohs Rally in Cairo saw Alex Zanotti and the Aprilia RXV 450 Africa entered by Team Giofil 3000 win the 450 class and finish in third place overall.

The fourth leg of the Pharaohs Rally, 378 kilometres of sand and dunes, took the caravan to the stunningly beautiful Siwa salt lake oasis of the Ammonite people.
