SIX DAYS 2008 ENDURO: MERRIMAN AND THE APRILIA RXV 550 FIRST IN THE E3 CLASS AND FOURTH OVERALL AFTER THE FIFTH DAY OF RACING

A great Stefan Merriman and a magical Aprilia RXV 550 closed out the fifth day of enduro races at the Six Days 2008 with a prestigious result.  In fact, the twin Aprilia RXV 550 entrusted to the Australian rider sat at at the top of the general E3 classification in Serres (Greece).  Today, Merriman's all-out attack allowed him to climb up to 4th place in the overall classification after five tough days of racing.  The result honors Merriman's crystalline class and the great performance and trustworthiness of the Aprilia RXV 550 that proved to be fearless even in the most brutal of all enduro competitions.
Tomorrow, Sunday, September 6 will be the Motocross race, the final catwalk and curtain call of the Six Days 2008.
