    I find it very interesting that no one has said anything about the exceleration issue with this bike. I know that there is something wrong here and am still recovering from my accident. I guess I will have to get a lawyer because Aprilia here in the US doesn't give out any information about any other issues relating to this. Thats how much they care about thier customers.

    i just purchased 2009 mana 850 it was brand new i took it out for my first ride and was doing well and having fun for about 30 min. i then took off from stop sign and the bike to away from me i wreck on road breaking collar bone and concussion. i am wondering if anyone has had the throttle get stuck on them. i have not had a chance to get the bike check and it could of just been me but just seemed like it was stuck. please let me know if this has been an issue

    I just bought a Mana 850 GT and I contacted Aprilia and they told me the Dorsoduro hand gaurds would fit my bike. I'm planning on using them to help with the cold.

    Motor Cyclist published a nice article on the Mana 850 GT in their December 2009 issue. Has anyone seen anyother articles on this fine machine in the press lately? The spec table in the article states the claimed HP at 75 bhp @ 7250 rpm.

    Well, trying to order the backrest, luggage rack, and top box. Aprilia says the top box is on back order with no available date. Customer service is very helpful and timely though!

    I purchased my Mana last December and love it! Trying to get the windshield, backrest and saddle bags for it. Very comfortable bike and handles great!

    I just opened up this site and joined. I have had my Mana since last November and live in Northern Virginia. I too am looking for the OEM windscreen but elected to install an aftermarket item for now. My goal is to install the wind screen that comes with the GT on my Mana. I too have not found the mud guards. I am heading up to the NJ Motorsports Park today and the Aprilia Adventure 2009 booth to hopefully get more details. I am also looking for an Aprilia helmet with no luck. A friend of mine is moving to London and will ship one back to the states for me. I am also interested in the Mana 1200 and Mana X.

    I think Aprilia should be praised for producing such a fine machine. Does anyone know when the Mana GT will be available in the US? That's the only reason I haven't bought a Mana yet - I want the GT.
